[dba-Tech] MS CSS enhancements -- was Compromised IE

I think the penetration level extends beyond the tech-savvy. At least in 
my own case. I introduced the pres and vp of a client company to FF and 
showed them the features I love most. Two days later the mandate went 
down from on high to all the employees. Cease and desist IE, move to FF.
