Ah yeah, they didn't know either... I've done the reg hack that MS suggest,
with the correct url, and nothing :-( They're stumped, I'm stumped, and
everyone else who uses their DB is stumped.

Tell the guys that wrote the database to provide a sample .reg file that
applies the fixes.
