FWIW: I haven't done it with SBS but I have Server 2003 and XP running on client sites with the ASUS KV8SEdeluxe MOBO with Athlon 64 3200 CPUs. The MOBO has an integrated Marvell GB ethernet port and USB ports which work under both OSs. The Radeon Video board is the same too - IIRC it is the 9600 series. John B.
