[dba-Tech] Windows 2003 to Windows 2003 R2

Hi All,

Has anyone performed an "upgrade" from Windows Server 2003 w/SP1 to
Window Server 2003 R2?

If so, is this a real upgrade or does it just add the new features? I
would feel a little anxious about installing R2 if it were an actual
upgrade.
