[dba-Tech] Tight VNC Options

VNC is a remote control application consisting of a server that runs on the
machine to be controlled and a client running on the machine that will do
the controlling.  Similar to Remote Access built in to Windows XP.  Tight
VNC is one variant of it.  VNC is open source.
