[dba-Tech] Webcam person-to-person

Hi all

A client needs to meet with customers face to face via unspecified webcams.
It should be via a service, not peer-to-peer, like these:

http://www.cuworld.com/live_webcam_streaming.htmonal.html 

No conference, just two attendees.
No specific hardware should be needed.

Anyone having experience with this?
