Gustav: I believe that it's an exe. She sent me a couple screen shots that are a little hard to decipher because they're in Chinese but I'll forward them to you off line and maybe you'll see something. In the meantime I'll try to verify with her that she's trying to run a file with extension .exe. If her (stupid) mail client strips exe extensions, she just need to rename the file to .exe and run it. /gustav >>> rockysmolin at bchacc.com 20-04-2007 15:14 >>> Dear List(s): I sent a setup.exe file created by Wise to my distributor in Taiwan. On her system it does no seem to want to execute the file but gives her the dialog box asking for the program to open this type of file. It is treating the exe file like a file without an association. Has anyone ever seen this and know what to do about it?
