[dba-Tech] Links toolbar

There is a special mode for editing the bookmarks.  

bookmarks / edit bookmarks.  

That will open a special mode that allows you to drag things around
(including the folders), put things (including folders) in folders etc.

Okay -- you create folders, move your links and then display your folders on
the toolbar? I can't move the folder to the toolbar though -- it's in the
links list, at the bottom, but I can't drag it to the toolbar the way I can
regular links.
