[dba-Tech] Exporting Outlook Contacts

I am trying to export my Outlook Address book and have failed.  Help was no
help.  The web was no help.
 
I can export the business contacts, but not the whole contact list.  There
must be some way to do this.  
 
I click File-->Import and Export--> and I only get Outlook (which exports
mail folders) and Business Contact Manager for Outlook - which has a subset
of my contacts.
 
And search turns up no WAB file so I don't even know where to look for the
address book file.
 
HELP!!!!
 
This is making me crazy.
