I don't know how many spyware things you've run, but I always run 4 different products AND a full anti-virus scan, as well as a Panda online scan, and usually a Mischel Trojan Hunter scan too (just to be on the safe side!) on any PCs I'm not sure of. Then a disck cleanup and multiple defrag... Haven't found a PC I couldn't get back by doing that.
