Yep, that's right. Plenty of freebies out there too if you don't like WMP.
WinAmp is good, and doesn't take over your system like Real Player does, but
they're both free, which is a good price :-)

I personally use WMP though, does what it says on the tin...

Windows Media Player plays MP3's. you don't have Windows Media Player?
I think it is a standard windows component.
