This wizard has been around since office 97. I believe it will work with
1997, 2000, 2003. I don't know about 2007

I can't seem to create one. I was going to write about them -- just a
short
thing, but if I can't create one myself, can't help thinking it isn't a
big
problem.

They are annoying but I've never had them cause me problems. There is an
add
in that has been around forever that can be used to find and delete
undesired links.
