[dba-Tech] New install

There were no error messages. The machine would boot, I'd momentarily see
the XP logo, then we're rebooting again. Safe mode with any of the options
resulted in the same behaviour. The important thing is that I got back my
data.

Makin' a list and checkin' it twice. Backup to CD every day is nice!
