[dba-Tech] Install Watcher?

I went to www.sysinternals.com (their old site) and
it bounced me to http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/default.mspx
(the new site).

I believe Sys Internals had a tool like that, but Sys internals is now from
MS.
Maybe check http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/default.mspx
