[dba-Tech] Outlook Save to Other Folders Feature

I think it was someone on this list that told me about Outlook's save to
folders other than the Inbox feature -- I love it. 

A blogger mentioned not being able to find it in 2003 -- it should be there.
It doesn't seem like the kind of feature that Exchange would limit -- but is
this possible?
