[dba-Tech] Let's talk about RSS

Stuart, thanks -- I think that article was aimed more at the developer than
a casual user, but I think I get the gist of it. 

Now, anyone want to recommend a free RSS engine, so I can play? I hate to
buy something I might not end up using.
