Hi John, With a client I have, the timeout (10 minutes?) will force me to log back in with a user name and password, but that is a momentary event. Perhaps the issue is really the reconnection time. By the way, my company is A, their parent is B, B contracts with C for VPN services, who uses D for the VPN software, which I have on my PC. We did have a problem related to namespace for the VPN software (Aventail), which took over a month for D to get resolved. But it's good now.
