[dba-Tech] Outlook Express and attachments

\> How did you hose Outlook?

========No idea. It just stopped working. The interface is there and I can 
display most dialogs, but I can't do anything. I can't even export my 
address book -- nothing. Can't open VBE. I uninstalled and reinstalled, with 
no luck.
