I just tried it. What I discovered is that I needed to grab it at the very top, up by the start button to get it to move. John W. It's usually at the bottom. I didn't move it and none of the kids have been at the computer since the last time I used it and it was at the bottom. I don't suppose I really care how it happened, I just want to move it back to the bottom. The handle doesn't work -- I click and drag but the bar won't budge. The Lock property isn't checked. I've reviewed the properties and other settings, but so far, I haven't found anything that explains the position. How do I get it back to the bottom?
