[dba-Tech] Snag a flash video?

Hi All,

A friend of mine is making a PowerPoint presentation and wants to 
include a small video of Coach K.  The video is found on MSN - here is a

She wants to capture just the Coach K video and not have all the MSN 
stuff and advertising and extraneous things - just the Coach K clip.  I 
have not found a way to pull that clip down into my computer as a file.  
Anyone on the list know how?
