[dba-Tech] Problems with Vista

Hi folks:

I have been having some odd events related around bulk/backup file copying
in Vista and on my Server2003 but assumed that it was something I was doing
wrong or that there was some bad program running on the system. In most
causes the problems could be resolved with just another reboot. Then a
friend sent me this link:

There seems to be a correlation between a bulk copy and a subsequent system
slow-downs. Has anyone else been having similar issues and have not been
able to put their finger on the cause?
