[dba-Tech] Every attachment I send out is corrupted!

In the last 2 days, every attachment I add to an Outlook email is corrupted
for different recipients.  Excel, Word, and pdf.

I've done a Detect & Repair, and repaired my pst file with the ScanPST.exe
application.  Files still get corrupted.

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 with all updates (except SP3 of course).

Any ideas?
