[dba-Tech] Weird Word switch -- Options missing in Macro dialog box

In the Macro dialog box, there's an Option button -- you click it to assign
a keyboard shortcut to a macro. I just used it, not five minutes ago. Now,
it's gone and there's an Organizer button (which may have been there
earlier, but I didn't notice it). 

I'm just flabbergasted -- I have no idea why the Options button would just
up and leave. ;( 

I rebooted, but no change. Just terribly odd.
