You need a connection to the router.  Not necessarily wireless.  If you
could run cable easily that would be better - faster, more reliable.  The
Netgear is a good compromise, IMO.

Try the wireless.  You'll probably have a 30 day return.  If it's shaky,
you've got an alternative.  And a regular router is less expensive than a
wireless.  Eases the pain a bit.
