I believe it's the 2.4GHz phones that interfere. Maybe you are using the same channel and you need to change the WiFi channel from either the Wifi Router or the Wireless Cable. Wireless digital phones (DECT) can also interfere with Wifi and other wireless devices. Sometimes you just need to change the channel to have a better reception. I'll let Bill check the splitter when he gets home and if that doesn't improve things we may have to call the cable company. FWIW, I am delighted with the D-link wireless router and compatible receiver. It was easy to install and we never hit the first snag.
