LOL. In 1985 I worked for a start up supercomputer company. They were building huge custom boards that used 1 megabyte dimms, rows and rows of them to get 128 megs of main memory on a board about 18" x 18". For several years now there have been motherboards that claimed to allow 16 gigs of ram, but only had 4 dim sockets. IOW you could plug in 4 gig dims if they existed, which they did not. Now they do.
