[dba-Tech] WXP SP3

I've installed it on 5 or 6 PCs now, and had no problems whatsoever.

I downloaded the CD image and installed it from there, rather than a windows
update however, so I don't kow if there's anything to watch out for from
there, but for the msot part, if you're not using an HP with an AMD
processor in it, I don't think there's much to worry about.
