[dba-Tech] WXP SP3

It seems to keep working after the upgrade... which I believe is a good sign. I have notice that support for old DOS based applications is dwindling and in some cases can only be run in a virtual window... some client older proprietary apps are experiencing these issues and the cost of a new design are prohibitive.
