[dba-Tech] Windows/DOS tab and comma delimited options

DOS = ASCII 
Windows = Unicode or ANSI? 
I'm not certain about the latter,  If it is ANSI, it is still single byte characters, but  will use the 
ANSI code page for characters 128-255 rather than the extended ASCII set.
