I didn't get the response box. So no contact w/Tech Support. I uninstalled WnFax Pro which is not supported any more and didn't really play well with Vista Home. I'm running Sygate and AVG. I'm going to try again with both of those stopped. Welcome to the club. Did you send in the response to Microsoft Tech Support when it prompted you to? They eventually contacted me and guided me through getting my SP 1 update to work. Did you have any sort of Antivirus on it? That was the thing that ended up killing my update and I had to use the McAfee uninstall and then did the unistall in some "stand alone update" mode they guided me into.
