[dba-Tech] Importing to Word problem

My husband is working on a data-gathering project at work. He has to import data (unknown source to him) into a Word document, but Word ignores the bottom margin. He has to insert a page break at the appropriate spot for each page. Any idea what he can do to make that happen automatically when he imports it -- I've personally never run across imported data that ignores the top and bottom margins that way.
