Not quite, they'll tell you what SHOULD be in it, or their minimum spec. What's actually in it could be completely different. You can get pretty much the same thing (or the Kingston equivalent) using their memory configurator at www.kingston.com, if it's a manufactured computer/server, rather than a home built system.
