Yeah, me too.

The WMI tool came up with some errors that might be causing the problem, but
as too how I change the permissions on it, I just don't know. It says to
just use the WMIMGMT.MSC tool. So I open that up and it's empty... 

Plus there are over 23000 lines of WMIDIAG report to read.

Thanks Helmut. You are right in saying that everyone should have one of
these Ultimate Boot CD's. I'm downloading my CD image right now.
