[dba-Tech] Randolph Scan Service

Has anyone heard of this? My Google attempts have yielded nothing. I get
this repeated message on my work computer that says the Randolph Scan
Service has failed to scan. I inherited this seat and this computer and I
wiped a bunch of stuff that I will never use, and installed a bunch of other
things, but I have no idea what Randolph is or what software it is related
to. I'm guessing that it has something to do with some graphics software
involving a scanner.

Anyone know?
