[dba-Tech] Email Program Again

That's an interesting one Rocky. I'll be interested to see if anyone's done
any trials on this. I'd never thought to do it but will now. And did you add
the "and stop processing more rules" option to the end of ecah because I
don't imagine it'll help unless you do that.
