[dba-Tech] Odd Outlook behaviour

Weird!  Some kind of buffer overload thing that uses the text file
because it doesn't have space in memory. That kind of thing was
supposed to have gone away after Windows 95 or so wasn't it?  ;-)

Glad you figured it out Andy. Once again perseverance pays off.
