[dba-Tech] Zip filter not working in Word's merge feature

A reader can't get the zip filter in Word's merge feature to work -- she's 
entering the zip, but Word's still printing everything. I've never used the 
feature and I guess I'm going do a little research looking for a bug. If 
anyone knows of one, please let me know.
