[dba-Tech] Word mail merge with Outlook contacts

A reader uses Word Mail Merge Wizard with Outlook's Contacts. The wizard 
gives you the opportunity to filter and sort the Outlook Contacts by almost 
every field except Categories and that's the one he needs to sort by.
