[dba-Tech] VB Express

I'm not running SQL Server (Express???) on this system -- must I to use VB 
Express? I know they're a suite, but that surprises me. FWIW, the other 
system, where VB Express is running fine does has SQL Server Express, so 
that could easily be it.
