[dba-Tech] Utility to position dialog box in monitor center

I would like to find out if anyone knows of a utility software program which
will give me some control over where a dialog box from any (or specific)
application.  

I use dual monitors with a single desktop spanned across both.  Some dialog
boxes open in the exact center, which can be really annoying to try to
quickly read.
