Hi Lembit:

It most likely is the security setting that are blocking things. I just have
not spent the time going through the lists checking and unchecking the
required features... I have just end up going to another browser, that does
the job and carry on. ;-)

I have no problem to open or download it with IE8.
maybe a setting on yours?
