I know where you are coming from. I still have to have to install a product like Wine (http://www.winehq.org) or just install a virtual disk like VMWare or VirtualBox so I can run my Windows apps on my and client Linux PCs. I also understand that MS might have a Linux Hyper-V PC version soon...
