Susan, Using the old-fashioned way, I typed <nl> </nl> Then I selected the entry, chose Insert > AutoText > New and gave it the name <n Next, I typed <n and pressed F3 - voila my entry. I haven't gone on to get it to automatically fill in the rest of the entry. But the <n and F3 combo works.
