[dba-Tech] OneNote 2003

I uninstalled 2007 a while back and put it on a different system because 
that installing business was so annoying.

I checked the stats on Microsoft.com and OneNote isn't listed with my 
version. In fact, I can't find it listed with any version of 2003.
