Well yes, both good points. There should be a way to prevent "unprotected" computers from going online... I suspect people might not be too happy about that though if they get the notification telling them that their pc is too infected... By denying it to people who have pirated copies, it stops them from cleaning up their computers, and allows them to continue to try to infect ours.
