[dba-Tech] Changing Outlook's default Contacts folder

When you have more than one Contacts folder, you can usurp the default 
folder, Contacts, by moving a custom folder up the tree. When you launch the 
Contacts window, Outlook defaults to the folder at the top of the tree.

However, when creating an email, Outlook still defaults to the Contacts 
folder. Anyway to control which Contacts folder email defaults to?
