[dba-Tech] Office 2010 new Insert Screenshot feature

Thanks Dan -- I like SnagIt too -- but at $50, I'll just keep struggling 
with Office 2010's Clipping feature. :) I'm not sure why I find it 
awkward... it's just a bit unpredicable, which is actually me of course, and 
not the tool!
