[dba-Tech] Office 2010 new Insert Screenshot feature

No ned for PrtScn.   

Open Irfanview and hit "C", specify what capture options you want and click start.  

Then Ctrl+F11 does the capture ( unkess you have selected ."Custom Rectangle/Region 
capture" in which case it gives you a "capture cursor" immediately.
