Do you have any RSS feeds coming in? Check your RSS Feeds settings (or just
look in your RSS Folder) to see if you have any "Microsoft Suggested" one
coming in that you don't know about. Remove them.

Subject: [dba-Tech] Outlook 2010 hanging up

I've installed Outlook 2010 so I can write about it, but I'm not using it.
Today, I forwarded some messages while working up an example and Outlook
hung up for several minutes. I tried a couple of times and had to cancel.
Most of the tasks are marked completed, but there's one I'm not familiar
with -- says it's synchronizing subscribed folders -- that's what holding
things up. I get the following info, which means nothing to me:

The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server.
 Protocol: IMAP
 Server: imap.gmail.com
 Port: 993

Anyone familiar with this particular "task?"

Susan H.
