She may have gotten a 40% raise recently but she's only part-time.  No
health insurance through her company.

Hmm.  Interesting idea.  I tried posting a Craigslist ad for myself to offer
PC revitalization for a flat fee...got no takers after several weeks.  I
hadn't thought about trolling for clients on it.
